Client agrees to abide by all local and international laws and regulations applicable to the use of the API, and use the API for lawful purposes only. The Client also agrees to abide by Advers’ then-current Terms of Service and Privacy Notice which can be found at www.advers.in/terms-of-service and www.advers.in/privacy-policy. 3. The Client is responsible for providing the necessary technical support necessary to integrate the API into the Client’s platform or system, as well as any hardware or software requirements needed to obtain access to the API or implement its services. 4. The Client agrees not to use the API to transmit or store information or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. 5. The Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Advers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) in connection with the Client’s unauthorized use of the API or any violation of these terms. 6. The Client is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection to its use of the API. 7.
